Every morning we wake up at 5:50am, go for an hour long run, do floor exercises, hit the weights, then grab a protein smoothie to rejuvenate. Fitness is extremely important to us and as soon as we finish a good workout, we feel incredible. Whenever we are feeling overwhelmed and stressed, we just go for a run and we immediately feel 100% better and clear-minded. If you can't run, we even find that going for a 20 minute walk helps with clearing stress and allows for more colorful and vibrant brain activity...check out the difference in the brain after activity in the above post!
PS: Our mom is a marathon runner and has completed the NYC Marathon 6 times! We hope to accomplish this too someday....baby steps!
